Off to the NRA Show...

We've been having a blast at the food industry conventions this year; with a couple of the big ones under our belt (IACP/IHHS) we've learned a few things about how to make the most of each trade show while keeping your feet happy. Rachell will be representing Eat the Burbs this year at the National Restaurant Association trade show in Chicago.  Since the NRA show will be held at the ginormous McCormick Place Convention Center she will be sporting her comfiest ballet slippers with gel insoles.
